Last week, I had to go on a long business trip, for my “real” job. Typically, if I know I will be out of town for a while, I won’t buy a ton of groceries {I assume my fiancé & daughter will not be making many meals while I am gone, since I am the “chef” in my home}, but this time was different. I bought loaf of bread & stuck in my breadbox, totally forgetting about it until I had a sandwich craving last night. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that my bread had not staled. Bread boxes, of course, add such a cute little touch to your kitchen counters, but to be completely honest, there is nothing that makes me more excited than something that is not only decorative, but useful at the same time!
