It’s the Holiday Season and everyone is grabbing a little bit of the holidays with every trip they make! We are constantly in an uproar over the holidays and just a go-go-going, but how about slowing down a little and taking some time to create something special, instead of buying it? Well, the Barn at Springhouse in Nicholasville has the perfect workshop to do just that! It is filled with the most incredible, natural pine smells—it feels like Christmas should inside of the workshop. Everything about this barn was dream for me! It has a little tree farm in the front, Christmas lights hanging, and of course handmade all-natural wreaths hanging from above. There is cider and snacks and bourbon galore! The workshop is easy to follow, and the best part is, you don’t have to have a green thumb or be naturally talented at “wreath making” – its seriously so much fun! After you are finished picking all your desired greens and berries and creating your show stopping wreath, you get to take it home and display it. There is something so gratifying about making something so wonderful!

I highly recommend signing up for this workshop—with co-workers. Friends, family.. heck, even just you! The family is so wonderful and so kind, they will certainly make you feel warm inside!
